Daniel Dorsey has been a director of the Company since November 2020. Mr. Dorsey’s past corporate experience includes serving roles in financial and/or accounting management and/or as a financial officer for private companies. Since 2019, Mr. Dorsey has been the Senior Vice President of Finance for MacuLogix, Inc., a medical device equipment manufacturer providing eye care professionals with the instrument, tools and education needed to effectively diagnose, manage and treat patients with age-related macular degeneration (AMD). Prior to joining MacuLogix, Inc. Mr. Dorsey was a partner Capital Market Solutions, LLC, where he was involved with creating strategic initiatives with companies ranging from legacy media enterprises to digital start-ups. From 2016 to 2018, he was Vice President and Corporate Controller of Rodale, Inc., an American publisher of health and wellness magazines, books, and digital properties. From 2015-2016, Mr. Dorsey also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Hudson News Distributors, LLC, the second largest distributor of magazines and books in the USA. From 2014-2015, he served as the Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller of the Tribune Publishing Company, (NASDAQ: TPCO).
